How does Fund Hub work? For fundraising:

Follow the prompts to set up your fundraiser

Click the ‘Create a Campaign’ button and answer a few questions to get started -
1. Upload a main image and give your Campaign a name.
2. In your fundraiser description, share the reason you are fundraising in 1-3 paragraphs
(If you need help to write your story – watch fundraising
videos to get inspiration. Our staff can always help if needed.)
3. Add details such as: Who or what you’re fundraising for.
4. Add a main video that represents your fundraiser campaign
5. Set your fundraising goal (remember you can always change it later)

Click Create your campaign: (Your campaign will then be log for approval).
Approval is dependent of paying the campaign creation fees. (See pricing and fees in FAQ)

Share your fundraiser:
1. Start by sharing your fundraiser link with your community through text messages and emails
to start gaining momentum then continue sharing until you have reach your goal.
2. Consider posting your cause on social media platforms, network in-person and use
printable poster or cards. Add new team members that you can trust to help spread the word

Post updates and thank donors constantly:
Throughout your fundraising journey, you can and must post updates and even send out messages
or  blog to help increase donations and keep donors and backers informed.

Set up transfers:
Add your banking or MMG information to receiving funds.
(you don’t need to hit your fundraising goal to receive your money)
All funds are transfer to your account from a trustee account after all fees
applicable to your fundraising are satisfied. (See pricing and fees in FAQ)
You may add a beneficiary if you’re raising donations for someone else.

For Doners: 
Whether you’re looking to spread compassion in your community or for investment follow these simple steps to get started.

1. Start by selecting a category you are interested in. Then browse the campaigns that are listed in that category.
    Decide on a campaign and then select the donate button.

2. Complete the information requested, fill in the amount you want to donate and make your payment via the
    MMG number listed (please note that the MMG # belongs to a third party trustee and not Fund Hub)

3. Once donation is completed – enter the reference number as shown and select the donate button.
    (You can choose to make your donation anonymous.)
