We have located the machine and mold and are looking for partners for this venture.

We are proposing partnership with block makers and individuals who are willing to take an 8-12% rate of return per annum with an additional equity stake in the business profit. We have the available land for production but funds are required to purchase, ship and clear the machinery, set up the factory and purchase some operational material.

To keep the project simple, we will give a simple share option and a fixed 8-12 % return commencing on the second year of operation and with a sell or buy back after 10 years.
